Refund and Cancellation Policy
First Aid Coach Group Pty Ltd
At First Aid Coach Group Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing flexible and fair training solutions. Once a student confirms their enrolment and payment is received, a binding agreement is established between the student and First Aid Coach Group Pty Ltd.
Cancellation and Withdrawal
All cancellations, withdrawals, or requests to defer training must be submitted in writing to First Aid Coach Group Pty Ltd.
The following refund terms apply:

More than 7 days prior to course commencement:
Students who cancel their enrolment more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled course start date will be entitled to a full refund of course fees paid. -
Within 7 days of course commencement:
Students who cancel their enrolment within 7 calendar days of the course start date will receive a 75% refund of course fees paid. The remaining 25% will be retained to cover administrative and resource costs already committed based on the original enrolment.
Note: Enrolment in one-day courses may be transferred to an alternative available date upon request, subject to availability. -
After course commencement:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the training course has commenced.
For distance-based or online courses, commencement is deemed to have occurred once access to course materials or learner resources has been provided.
Course Transfers
Students may transfer to another available course date with First Aid Coach Group Pty Ltd at no additional cost.
Cancellations by First Aid Coach Group Pty Ltd
If a course is cancelled by First Aid Coach Group Pty Ltd, a full refund of fees paid will be issued to the person or entity that made the payment.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of extenuating or significant personal circumstances that prevent a student from continuing with their course, discretion may be exercised by the Director. The student may be offered:

A full credit towards a future course, or
-
A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the circumstances.
Refund Process
Where a refund is approved, payment will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date written notice of cancellation is received. Refunds are paid via electronic funds transfer to the bank account nominated on the completed Refund Request Form, available on our website.
Service Guarantee
If, for any reason, First Aid Coach Group Pty Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed training services, a refund will be provided for the portion of fees paid for services not delivered, or alternative arrangements will be offered.
