By Car

Drive east along Hoxton Park Road, then continue into the Liverpool Co CBD and turn towards Bigge Street. The trip usually takes around 10 minutes depending on traffic. Council-operated parking is available near the rear of 171 Bigge Street.

By Train

Hoxton Park does not have its own train station, so the easiest option is to travel to Liverpool Station by bus or car first. From Liverpool Station, First Aid Coach Liverpool is around a 5-minute walk along Bigge Street to Suite 5, Level 1/171 Bigge Street.

By Bus

Direct bus services connect Hoxton Park with Liverpool Station, including services along Hoxton Park Road and the Liverpool-Parramatta Transitway. The bus trip usually takes around 15 minutes, with frequent services throughout the day. From Liverpool Station, it is only a short walk to the training venue.

First Aid Training FAQs for Hoxton Park

Yes. Hoxton Park families are often moving between home, school drop-off, after-school activities and local errands, so training can focus on practical child-related emergencies. Useful topics include choking, asthma flare-ups, allergic reactions, burns, falls, playground injuries and CPR for children and infants.

Yes. CPR training is relevant for parents, carers, grandparents and volunteers who spend time around Hoxton Park Public School, local homes and children’s activities. It helps locals respond quickly if a child, adult or older family member collapses or stops breathing before emergency services arrive.

For Hoxton Park households, common first aid concerns include choking during meals, burns from cooking, asthma attacks, allergic reactions, falls, cuts, seizures and sudden illness. These are everyday risks that can happen at home, during family gatherings or while children are playing nearby.

Yes. Hoxton Park residents who work as tradies, drivers, contractors or mobile service workers may benefit from first aid training that covers injuries on the road, cuts, crush injuries, heat stress, falls, electric shock and what to do when working away from a fixed workplace.

Yes. Many locals rely on cars to move between Hoxton Park, Prestons, Carnes Hill and Liverpool, so basic first aid knowledge can be useful during roadside incidents, sudden medical episodes, heat-related illness or emergencies that happen while travelling with family or workmates.

Yes. First aid training can suit local sports groups, tutoring groups, dance classes, faith groups, playgroups and community programs involving children or families. Training can be shaped around the types of incidents organisers are most likely to see, such as sprains, bleeding, asthma, anaphylaxis, fainting or falls.

A Hoxton Park family or small group may benefit from training that covers CPR, defibrillator use, choking, asthma, anaphylaxis, burns, bleeding, seizures and child-related emergencies. For groups with babies, children or older relatives, a course with practical scenarios is usually more useful than a broad theory-only session.
